ISM Capstone Mentorship Program: Student Mentor Onboarding
Welcome to the Capstone Mentorship Program: Mentor Onboarding. In this course, you’ll learn how to support high-achieving 11th and 12th graders through the most critical phase of the college admissions process. While each student is paired with a professional Ivy League Admissions Counselor who leads strategy, your role as a near-peer mentor is to provide structure, accountability, and personal insight. You'll help students uncover their core narrative, execute passion projects, and stay aligned with the counselor's guidance. By the end of this training, you'll be fully prepared to deliver high-impact, collaborative mentorship that empowers students to craft standout college applications.
