The Leadership & Discovery Program is a 12-month mentorship experience designed to help middle and early high school students (grades 8–11) grow into confident, purpose-driven individuals who are prepared to pursue competitive college opportunities. Through one-on-one mentorship with Ivy League students, participants build a strong foundation in key areas that directly support long-term admissions success: personal development, academic strategy, leadership, extracurricular depth, and future planning.
